Q: What Kind of business clients do you serve?
A: Our clients represent all types of industries. We produce savings for restaurants, car dealerships, nursing homes, manufacturing and distribution facilities, and many others.

Q: How can you really help us? Our waste expense is not a priority–the amount of waste we create is always the same.
A: Although many companies believe this is true, for most businesses we find a savings between 30-50% of their waste costs. It is true that waste disposal is not a top priority of most of our clients, but efficiency is, which is why they outsource this expense item to certified waste consultants.

Q: How much time does this project take? We would like to save money, but frankly none of our staff has time for another project.
A: That is exactly why our services are such a benefit—they require our time, not yours. The only time of yours we’ll need is an initial meeting to agree on the contract and a follow-up meeting to review and approve our recommendations.

Q: How much does your consulting service cost?
A: We are only paid when we produce a savings for you. Our fee is calculated as a portion of the waste expense savings we generate and comes from your current waste budget. We never charge any upfront fees for the audit or analysis. Those are completed with our resources and investment because we are convinced we can help find you savings and simply share in them for a win-win scenario.

Q: Do you benefit from the sale of waste equipment?
A: We are an independent waste management consulting firm and do not own an interest in any hauling companies, landfills or recycling businesses. We do not profit from the sales of waste equipment or by directing hauling or recycling business to any particular company.
